- 50 acres of estate gardens including the walking trails

Pembrokeshire Event Catering
When you book your Pembrokeshire-based event at Rhosygilwen, you enjoy next-level, seasonal and sustainable catering.
We source our food from our garden or locally (within 50 miles). It’s always seasonal, tasty and ethically produced.
And then, our resident chef Guy Davis from Ffwd Food turns our sustainable produce into amazing meals.

Our own solar farm helps power the entire venue, and saves enough CO2 that you and your delegates can do more than 4000 car journeys with no environmental impact.
We also grow a lot of seasonal food onsite – from garden to plate for your lunch.
Event FAQs
Depending on how long your event is, you may get breakfast, lunch and dinner, or light refreshments.
We tailor your pricing based on the length of your event and your number of attendees. We have no minimum headcount.

- A dedicated member of staff to your event. They will support you as your event approaches and on the day too!
For additional cost, you are also allowed access to a fully stocked bar and seasonal catering.
Rhosygilwen is based 10 miles outside Cardigan in Pembrokeshire. You can get to us by car or rail.
You get exclusive use of the venue during your event. The owner and gardener do live onsite, however they will not disturb you.
Our car park has ample space for you and your guests. We even have EV chargers.
If you have arranged for your guests to stay overnight, they are permitted to stay in their own caravan or camper van overnight as long as they are self-contained and self-sufficient.
We will include chairs and tables at your event if required. If speeches are required, we will provide you with a microphone.
If you require a DJ, you will need to source your entertainment. We will happily send you our list of vendors.
Alternatively, you can also access our sound system via bluetooth.
We have high-speed FTTP WiFi. You and your attendees will be connected all the time during your event.
