Find Rhosygilwen

By Road

The postcode if you are using navigation aids is SA43 2TW (Please note that the map point for Rhosygilwen Mansion on Google Maps is currently incorrect: the Mansion location is at the square point named Rhosygilwen slightly south east of the map point). From Cardigan/Ceredigion take the Tenby Road (A 478) and follow it for approximately 7 miles, going through the villages of Bridell, and Penybryn. At the next tiny village, Rhoshill, turn left at the crossroads to Cilgerran. Approximately half a mile along this road, just after Ty Rhos Farm (on the left) take the first turn to the right that is signposted to Rhosygilwen, this is a single track road with passing places. Go to the end of the road and through the gates of Rhosygilwen Mansion. The drive is itself about half a mile long. From Carmarthen – follow the A40 towards Haverfordwest. Turn right onto the A478 a mile or so after passing through Llanddewi Velfrey, go along A478 for approx 17 miles, and turn right in the village of Rhoshill (signposted to Cilgerran). After approximately 0.5 ml take the first right turn (signposted to Rhosygilwen) – a single track road with passing places – and go right to the end where you will see the Mansion gates. Go through, and down the drive – you will see the hall on the left hand side with its own car park. If you are staying at Rhosygilwen, the parking area is a little further on, on the right hand side.
