We have over 20 years of wedding experience and we understand that the food & drink will be a big element of your day. Your guests will enjoy delicious canapes and a wedding breakfast to remember.

Strawberry Shortcake
Strawberry Shortcake is our specialist large wedding caterer. They have a wide range of wedding breakfast menus available. So you can go down the feast route or a traditional three courses. We have carefully selected them and are confident their food will satisfy you and your guests. From their canapes to desserts, they cannot be beaten.
Strawberry Shortcake is not included in your wedding venue hire price. This way, you have the option to use your own caterer.

Ffwd Food
Ffwd Food is Rhosygilwen’s go-to small wedding breakfast provider.
Head chef Guy Morris is a long-time a member of the Rhosygilwen family and caters our concerts, retreats and small events.
Ffwd Food is not included in your wedding venue hire price. This way, you have the option to use your own caterer.

Rhosygilwen Bar
We pride ourselves on the fact our bar is fully stocked with local artisan ales, craft beers and spirits.
The gin in your G&T will be from a Pembrokeshire or South Wales distiller. Your beer will be from a Pembrokeshire brewery. Our staff are selective about the drinks we serve, so you know every sip will delight.
We have curated a wine list filled with our favourite wines. This list includes some of our favourite wines tasted in our 20+ years of experience. You can also serve your own wine subject to corkage fee.
We also have a selection of non-alcoholic drinks and soft drinks.
Local and Seasonal Food From Pembrokeshire
John, our amazing gardener, grows an array of seasonal vegetables, herbs and salad in Rhosygilwen’s gardens. So when you sit down for your wedding breakfast, it is likely your meal will be filled with veggies fresh from the garden.
We also source our meat and poultry from local Pembrokeshire farmers. We are committed to sustainable practices and getting our food locally minimises our environmental footprint. And, the food just tastes better too!
