Rhosygilwen for Business
Services for Business
With room for up to 200 delegates (150 catered), great sound system, break out rooms, catering facilities, bar, and on site accommodation for your key personnel, Rhosygilwen provides an exclusive conference venue which will impress potential clients or to help demonstrate your appreciation for your employees.
We can help arrange additional overnight accommodation and transport if you need our facilities more than one day.
Sometimes off site meetings offer the best means of getting minds away from day-to-day office tasks and focused on problem solving, planning and development. Rhosygilwen offers a rural retreat for those times when concentration and collaboration are the keys to success. For Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion businesses, it is an ideal day venue.
As a residential retreat for business, Rhosygilwen provides a self-contained get-away-from-it-all venue. With full Estate hire, which may be available for carefully vetted groups, up to 13 rooms are available for guests, all en suite and furnished to a high standard. With lots of areas for break out groups and relaxing, it is an ideal venue to encourage creative thinking.
Those travel companies that have already found Rhosygilwen appreciate the unique experience it offers to their guests. There are few venues that have the range of accommodation and the unique atmosphere offered by Rhosygilwen. We have four courtyard rooms available on a bed and breakfast basis, but if your group is large enough to merit whole Estate hire we can accommodate up to 25. A memorable stop over for tours and parties: let’s talk!
As a training venue, Rhosygilwen offers a unique atmosphere conducive to learning and development. Our rooms can cater for small groups in the Gazebo, or for larger groups in either the Orangery or Neuadd y Dderwen. We are able to provide for a wide range of needs including those of individual tutors who need a special venue.
Clients to date have included companies large and small, Welsh universities and business support groups, all of whom have found that the environment offered here at Rhosygilwen positively supports them in their training objectives.

… the band … particularly commented on how wonderful the venue was “the best they’ve ever played at”.
We felt totally looked after for the whole day and night and appreciate your efforts.
Thanks, once again, for your wonderful hospitality on Sunday. We had a great day and there were many many complimentary comments about the venue. Looking forward to seeing you again in April.
Thank you so much for arranging our U3A visit to the garden last Wednesday. John’s ‘guided tour’ was nothing short of hospitality, with a wealth of stories and practical ideas.
It was lovely to see your conservatory being used by the art group.
